Patti Brady

President

Founder of Koterra & CEO of One World Consortium

Patti has been a devoted Veterans Advocate for over 20 years; assisting Veterans and their families in countless ways. She was instrumental in establishing the first Veterans Resource Center in Southern Maryland. Patti served on the State of Maryland Advisory Board for Veterans Services, specifically for homeless and suicide prevention. She has also served on several non-profit organizations, including being the founder of Patriot Springs – a tiny homes for homeless Veterans community. Patti draws upon over 30 years of experience in the defense industry and was previously the CEO of a Small Business for over 12 years. Patti has served on multiple boards in support of DoD agencies. Her experience in International Programs spans over two decades and across all branches of the military and across many regions of the world. She lives in Tampa, Florida and has one daughter.

Robert L. Beckman, Ph.D.

Vice President

Chief Knowledge Officer, Foundation for the Study of Inflammatory Disease

Dr. Beckman has been building knowledge management systems most of his professional career, primarily in the Intelligence Community and DOD. He is currently helping to run the Clinical Trial researching TBI and PTSD in brain-injured wounded warriors. He is responsible for sustaining the national network of hyperbaric clinics as well as improving the technology platform for data collection and analysis. He is a former USAF KC-135 pilot and a Vietnam Veteran.

Dir, DoD Vertical Take-Off & Landing and Army Aviation SME, Cypress International, Inc. 

Shelley’s experience spans almost forty years in the military and defense aerospace industry. She retired from the Army after 30 years leading Army and Joint organizations, as well as advising the most senior executive leaders. Shelley is an expert in defense industry strategic planning, program & portfolio management, defense budget analysis, business development, and proposal review. She brings a passion to continue to serve others and serves on the Board of Directors for Homes For Our Troops (HFOT), the National Executive Board of the Army Aviation Association of America and on the AAA Scholarship Foundation Board of Governors. Shelley is also a life member of the Disabled American Veterans organization

jack youngblood

Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee Founder, Jack Youngblood Center for Neuroenhancement (JYCNE)

Jack Youngblood is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL) for fourteen seasons during the 1970s and 1980s. He was a five-time consensus All-Pro and a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and was inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001. Throughout his life, Jack has been consistently involved in charity work, starting in college, continuing throughout his NFL career, and remaining so today. Currently, Youngblood serves on the NFLPA Mackey-White Traumatic Brain Injury Committee. In 2014 he opened the JYCNE in Orlando, Florida, which purports to treat the symptoms of traumatic brain injury and offer care to patients in effort to restore normal brain function.

Bob Schmidt is the Founder and President of the American Teleport Association (ATA); Charter board member of the World Teleport Association, Co-Founder and Board Member of Cable Satellite Public Affairs network (C-SPAN) and recipient of the President’s Award from the NCTA. Bob is the Founder and Chairman of the Vincent T. Lombardi Foundation and past President of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the National Football Foundation and the Hall of Fame. Bob is also the Executive Director of the Pro Football Retired Players Association and is deeply involved in the effort to get healing treatments to football players and veterans suffering from TBI and the effects of concussions.

Pat Finneran is the Boeing vice-president and general manager for the overall F/A-18 program. He is a former naval flight officer who also has served as the company’s program manager for the AV-8B and for the production aircraft division, which included the AV-8B; T-45; F-15, and the St. Louis-build portion of the C-17 transport.
